I have visited Salt & Pepper Hôtel de Ville many times over the years, including several times this year, and every visit has been an excellent experience. The quality of the food is consistently outstanding, and the service is always warm and professional. My favorite dishes are undoubtedly the Croûte aux Morilles and the Filet de Bœuf au Vin Rouge. These signature specialties are exceptionally delectable, perfectly prepared, and rich in flavor. They are among the best dishes I have enjoyed in the region. During the hunting season, the game dishes are simply exceptional. The restaurant truly shines with these seasonal specialties, which I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fine cuisine. Although I have already dined there several times this year, I am eagerly looking forward to returning again when the hunting season begins. I strongly recommend Salt & Pepper Hôtel de Ville to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Consistent quality, excellent cuisine, and outstanding seasonal specialties make it a place I am always happy to revisit.
