This is most likely the best restaurant in Lausanne. The new concept "Superbowls" are super tasty, fresh, generous and by far, a great option during summer time. I clearly recommend this restaurant!

The picked cod ceviche was fresh & amazing. Baked tuna with mashed aubergine cooked tender & juicy. Our customized chocolate mousse cake well balanced with some nut mousse. Service was very good. A quiet and intimate dining ambience. The set menu, which would change frequently, however, was limited to only 3 options per appetizer and per entrée. I didn’t have much choice as I knew what I wouldn’t like.

A delicious discovery ! Nice menu with fresh ingredients and colorful dishes. Wines were very good too, including organic ones. A parenthesis in "le sud" ;)
