Mediocrity would stop at 4.0. How the Steinkeller got to 4.4 is a mystery to me. The nice waiter was able to upgrade the stay in the Steinkeller to just enough. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
