Sip27 ended up being one of my favourite places in Croatia! Luka and Philip go above and beyond in every possible way to ensure guests have a great experience. I originally found Sip27 by chance! I had cut my hand, and was searching for a place to wash up (and hopefully grab a coffee). Not only did Luka and Philip let me clean my hand, but they took it upon themselves to use their first aid kit to tape me up properly (which made a big difference, and was much appreciated!) After the genuine hospitality, I ordered my coffee and an appetizer. By the time I finished them, I had decided Sip27 would be where I spend my dinner. I’m very glad I did. Everything I tasted was fantastic, from crispy cod cakes, to fresh focaccia and prosciutto, nothing was short of delicious. Luka’s knowledge of wine led to some great pairings, and it’s very easy to see that he cares about the products they serve. Each bottle is individually prepared nightly for proper storage (using special machines), and he was happy to answer any questions I had throughout the evening. I know that I’ll be back in Split one day, and when that day comes you’ll certainly find me at Sip27 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €25–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were here for the "restaurant week" and tried all three menus that they offered. Everything that we got was so delicious and nicely presented. Gazpacho was personally my favourite.
