The bar was cancelled, I'm from Macedonia but I have Russian-Siberian origins, of course I know Russian cuisine, the people were kind, they spoke very good Croatian, the service was excellent, the food and drinks arrived quickly, that means a lot to me, the prices are normal, not too expensive. Balika beer is really one of the most colorful ever, and my favorite drink was Kvas, which is non-alcoholic and can be drunk by children Price per person: €10–15 Recommended dishes: Борщ

Pleasant atmosphere with very friendly employees and very tasty dishes. We will definitely stop by again when we are in Zagreb. Warm recommendation. I recently visited Rusko Bistro, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority for this establishment. The staff were cold, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I felt as though I was inconveniencing them just by being there. They seemed disorganized and inattentive, which only added to the frustration. When it came to the food, I was equally let down. The menu looked promising, but the dishes I ordered were poorly executed. The food was bland, lacking any real flavor or seasoning. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, and the presentation was sloppy. It felt as though little care or effort went into preparing the meals. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard. As if the poor service and bad food weren’t enough, the atmosphere in the bistro was just as disappointing. The interior was dull and uninviting, with dim lighting that felt more depressing than cozy. The seating was uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The noise level was also unbearable, making it hard to have a proper conversation. Overall, my experience at Rusko Bistro was a complete letdown. The combination of rude staff, tasteless food, and a terrible ambiance made for an unpleasant visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. There are plenty of better options out there, and I regret not choosing one of them instead. Save your time and money—this place is simply not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
