I had an amazing experience at the Ruby Claire Hotel, and I have to give special recognition to Esme, our waitress. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality, professionalism, and attention to detail made our dining experience truly exceptional. She was always attentive, offering great recommendations and ensuring we were comfortable throughout our meal. It’s rare to find such outstanding service, and Esme truly made a difference in our stay. I had a great experience at Ruby Claire Hotel Bar. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, perfect for a relaxing evening. The drinks were delicious and well-prepared. The best part was the excellent service from Esme; she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Her kindness made the experience even better.
