Caro per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Spare ribs a fr 55.- mezze bruciacchiate. Quando l abbiamo fatto notare ha detto che erano perfette.........io li ho mangiati in diversi posti e negli Stati Uniti .....ma non erano cosi. Il pullled pork non era tanto meglio il condimento sapeva tanto di vaniglia..... il fajita invece era buono.

Good burgers, very well served (with homemade potatoes and salad), lots of choice. Very good service, smiling and friendly, but unfortunately, a little long. There were only 2 of them (1 in the kitchen and 1 in the dining room). I think a 3rd person would have been welcome! But it was Sunday lunchtime, so there was no rush! :-) Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

In fact, when making a reservation we inform our contact that it is essential to respect the defined schedule because on days like Sunday lunchtime we have a lot of people and often large tables (8 to 14) and we make sure to space out the arrival times of customers to avoid waiting too long. Unfortunately it happens that everyone, 30 to 35 people, arrives more or less at the same time without respecting the defined times and therefore there is a traffic jam in the kitchen.
