Very terrible experience. I suggest whoever want to eat here think twice. The soup was served very salty (it was written vegetables egg soup, but ends up no vegetables at all and made of soup powder, and the egg is in raw state not mentioned in menu.) My food came after 40 minutes while people came after me got the food earlier than me. I asked for tap water and I was charged 4chf. I asked the waiter to cancel it, but she told me why I had so many problems???? The service is terrible and took forever to order. Anyway, I wasted my money on untasty food and felt humiliated

My wife and I ate here 5/7 nights we were in Thun. Tasty food and very nice service.

We were only here for a business lunch, so I can’t say anything about the restaurant itself. However, I can say all the more about the restaurant. The fact that the value for money is spot on is certainly not the only reason why it is so full of visibly satisfied guests on such an ordinary day. So, when at half past two in the afternoon we were still not alone in the conservatory and the waitress asked us calmly if everything was alright or if we had any further requests, we felt as though the hosts really wanted to keep us for good and we enjoyed. The food is generous, down-to-earth and tasty. The service is attentive and very friendly.
