Accoglienza da dimenticare, seduti alle 19.20, siamo riusciti ad ordinare degli antipasti che sono arrivati alle 19.50 (tra urla che arrivavano dalla cucina) alle 20 siamo riusciti ad ordinare 4 primi. Alle 20.30 tra altre urla provenienti dalla cucina e altri clienti che si alzavano dai tavoli perché non considerati, mi sono permesso di chiedere alla ragazza in cassa quanto ci volesse per i nostri piatti e la risposta è stata "se sono in cassa non posso cucinare!" Ovviamente ho chiesto subito il conto di quanto mangiato e sono andato via (Di quanto accaduto nessuno si è degnato di scusarsi per l'inconveniente). Posto sconsigliato per la professionalità e gentilezza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

tutto buonissimo! Abbiamo ordinato,cacio e Pepe,carbonara, amatriciana,gricia veramente spettacolare, anche l'antipasto era buonissimo complimenti anche a Christian per il servizio ben curato e lo chef. STRA CONSIGLIATO. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

Big disappointment – tourist trap with unprofessional service We visited Rosmarino Ristorante Pizzeria in Ciampino during our holiday in Italy, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience of the entire trip. There were three of us, and we wanted to order one appetizer (bruschetta) and two pizzas. Instead of simply taking our order, the waiter told us that it’s not allowed in their restaurant for three people to order just one starter and two main courses. He insisted we should order more food, saying we would “definitely eat more.” It felt very unprofessional and like a clear attempt to push tourists into ordering more than they want. Nowhere else in Italy did we encounter anything like this. He then said he needed to check with his manager whether our order could be accepted. He promised to return — but never did. After about 25 minutes, with our drinks already finished and ourselves frustrated and ready to leave, a second waiter suddenly brought out our food — without any explanation or confirmation that the order had gone through. While we were eating, no one checked on us or asked if we wanted more drinks. The original waiter completely ignored us. To make matters worse, the table was set for only two — even though there were three of us — so we had to share cutlery and napkins. When we went to pay, we were charged a €3 service fee per person, totaling €9. We have no issue with the charge itself — but with the poor and unprofessional service we received, it felt completely unjustified. The only positive? The food. The bruschetta was excellent and the pizzas were tasty. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that met expectations. We definitely do not recommend this restaurant. We came hoping for a pleasant evening and left disappointed — feeling like we had fallen into a tourist trap. To avoid any misunderstandings, I am attaching photos from our visit yesterday. Se vedi che questo è un account falso con zero recensioni ..ho segnalato il fatto a Google non puoi fare recensione falsi su attività che fatica tutti i giorni per offrire un servizio al clienti che hanno bisogno
