We had a wonderful dining experience at Gasthaus Rose during our visit to Kern. The restaurant has a warm, authentic charm that made us feel instantly welcome. Being a vegetarian, we opted for the vegetarian noodles and risotto, both of which were flavorful and perfectly prepared. My son had the fish and chips, and to our surprise, he finished his meal in just 5 minutes—something that usually takes him over half an hour! That alone speaks volumes about the quality and taste of the food. The staff made us feel special from the moment we arrived. The wine recommendations were spot-on and really enhanced the meal. The owners were extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and offered great suggestions throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our meal and experience. This is a place we will definitely return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Kern. Service: 5
