Roker's BBQ is an absolute must-visit if you are anywhere near Nin. It is a small, welcoming, family-run business that truly embodies the meaning of a "hidden treasure." You can immediately tell that they run this place out of pure passion and dedication to the craft of barbecue. As a hobby pitmaster myself, I was absolutely blown away to see them working with a Kamado Big Joe. You just do not cook on a rig like that unless you are deeply committed to the art of smoking and grilling. The most important part is, of course, the food, and it was unbelievably delicious. Everything we tried was an absolute hit: Cevap: perfectly seasoned and incredibly juicy Hamburger: cooked to perfection with an amazing smoky profile Pulled pork: melt-in-your-mouth tender and packed with rich flavor To top it all off, the prices are incredibly cheap for the quality you receive. You get top-tier, passion-fueled BBQ without breaking the bank. Just a quick heads-up: they are cash only, so make sure to come prepared! I highly recommend Roker's BBQ to anyone visiting the area!
