I’ve been here three times, and unfortunately the service has been consistently very poor. The food itself is fine, and the location and atmosphere are okay, but the staff experience really overshadows everything else. On all three visits, the two ladies working there were unfriendly. One of them at least smiles occasionally; the other did not look friendly even once. I honestly hope she is the owner, because otherwise it’s hard to understand how a restaurant would keep someone with that attitude in a service role. There’s also a sign on the wall saying something like “Nöd hetze, mir schaffed und sind nöd am wegrenne.” While this may be meant humorously, it feels like the wrong incentive to display. It comes across as a justification for indifference, and unfortunately the staff seems to treat it as a mantra of “don’t bother me.” I really hope the service improves, because the place itself has potential.
