Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che siamo passati anche la sera successiva. Tutto davvero di ottima qualità, ci tornerei passando da Merano. Siamo stati per la prima volta in questo locale ieri sera e lo consigliano assolutamente per l'ottima pulizia, l'ottima cucina e per la simpatia e disponibilità del Personale. Ci è stato consigliato da un nosto amico , autista di pulman, che lo frequenta spesso e quindi ci torneremo sicuramente! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited this restaurant on a Sunday evening and unfortunately left with mixed feelings. Our party ordered a pizza and Knödel. The Knödel arrived almost immediately after ordering, but the pizza came about 10 minutes later, which left us in an awkward situation where I had to start eating before my friend got their meal. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal if it wasn’t for the fact that every other table around us seemed to get their dishes served at the same time, making our experience feel inconsistent and odd. What really made the evening uncomfortable, though, was the service after the main course. We finished eating and waited a full 25 minutes for the dessert menu, but it never came. What made this even worse was seeing how differently other tables were treated. A table that came in after us had their plates cleared quickly, were offered the dessert menu almost immediately, and even finished their desserts while we were still waiting to be acknowledged. We started feeling increasingly ignored, to the point where it became hard to shake the impression that this was intentional. At the end of the evening, we were frustrated enough to ask for the bill without dessert and politely asked if we had done something wrong. The waiter’s response, though, was incredibly awkward—he said he doesn’t discriminate between Italians and Germans (even though we’re neither), which felt like a defensive response to something we hadn’t even implied. It left us feeling even more uncomfortable. The food itself was truly excellent, and we would genuinely love to return. But by the end of the evening, we realized that the main reason we don’t feel comfortable coming back is the impression we had—that unless you speak Italian, you might not be fully acknowledged here. Whether or not that’s true, it’s how we felt, and that feeling is hard to overlook. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
