Every morning four coffees are "thrown away" to guarantee an excellent flavour. Talking, in case you missed it, is also part of the job of a bartender, indeed, many customers choose their bar more for what they consume than for the products they consume. The bathroom is checked every time a customer leaves (obviously if the bar is not full of people and it is impossible for us to do so), because we use it ourselves as bartenders and we don't like to sit where you customers leave the pigsty which is then up to we clean. Constructive advice, learn to leave the bathrooms as you would like to find them, because those who dirty and leave bad smells (if they cannot be cleaned promptly due to work) are you, the customers. Unless you came on a day that isn't today, and what would be the point of putting a review if not right away, no one entered the bathroom this morning except for an elderly lady.
