Una sorpresa questa oasi elegante e rilassata, vicino Roma ! Tutto curato nei particolari e le attenzioni dei proprietari sono delicate, il personale molto gentile e sorridente. La cucina TOP! La piscina pulita e i giardini curati. Una giornata bellissima, spero presto x un weekend per poter godere delle belle stanze e della musica al tramonto! Bellissima location, ristorante Anna eccezionale con piatti di qualità, atmosfera accogliente e servizio eccellente. Le camere sono bellissime. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER - DO NOT COME. This should be a sign on this hotel. Customer service is a joke. You wait a lot of time for menu to arrive. Then you wait again a lot for a waiter to collect your order even if you wave with both hands at the waitress to come over. Food is fine, but at the end they don't even want to bring you the bill to sign even if you ask for it three times. This was the case in the restaurant and at the beach club (especially the lady with dark curly hair in the beach club completely ignored us even though we addressed her directly several times - she looked like she either hated her job or us). Also, you receive water to your coffee based on the mood of the service - sometimes you get it, sometimes not. But it's a minor thing. Unfortunately breakfast is very poor here too. In general, if you are not Italian, be prepared to be treated like dirt. Even if you want to spend a lot of money, they don't want to make money. They just want you not to be here. We have never experienced such treatment anywhere. We are always polite and approach service with a smile. However, there was no reciprocation here. The only plus is the reception and the guy behind the beach bar that makes awesome drinks. Everything went smoothly there, we received a lot of information and were taken care of. Also the rooms were quite clean although the towels smelled of previous guests. But we will remember mostly the very poor service and being treated like not wanted enemy - it's worth only 1 star. It's a pity, beacuse this hotel has a lot of potential. Service: 1
