I have been in Italy 1 week and this is hands down the best meal yet. Service was friendly and attentive, and the produce is fresh and LOCAL. I loved that the menu were not just touristy offerings but delicious modern dishes. So glad we stopped here on a whim to eat. A little pricier than other options maybe but worth every cent. The food at this restaurant was so fresh, high quality, and delicious! We liked it so much we had dinner here two nights out of the 4 nights we spent in Praiano. The menu is hand written & changes depending on the availability of fresh ingredients. The service here was also unbelievable, we came back not only for the food but for the restaurant staff - so friendly, kind, and professional. It is very evident that Chef Antonio is very passionate about not only his food but also his customers & his local community. When he isn’t cooking, he comes out to talk to everyone which we thought was very thoughtful & have only seen it in very few other places. In addition, we took a cooking class with Chef Antonio himself and cooked home-made gnocchi, tiramisu, bread, and pestoit was so worth it! We got to have one on one time with Chef Antonio & he shared awesome tips, tricks, and even some recipes! We’d go back in a heart beat! Definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
