Ci siamo stati proprio oggi io e il mio ragazzo, abbiamo fatto il pranzo e poi la spa. Ottimo cibo, prezzi molto buoni, ottimo servizio, spa stupenda e reception disponibilissima. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente Service: 5 Location: 5

I stayed one night and the stay was unpleasant. The single room that hosted me has a double bed but in reality it is two single mattresses put together. The mattresses are dated or too soft as you tend to sink into them. The room also has poor soundproofing as you can hear the noise of cars passing outside. But the worst thing was a very annoying background noise, similar to a vibration, which continued throughout the night. I tried to sleep but I woke up at 4 in the morning exhausted by the noise and had to call the reception. The staff immediately went to my room and offered me a room change. But in the first one they offered me the same noise could be heard. In the second, located on a different floor, the noise was present but less audible. In the end I resigned myself and tried to sleep without resting completely. At check-out I expected to be asked how the night went, if I had managed to get back to sleep or simply an apology. And yet none of this. They pretended nothing happened. Maybe someone might think that the lack of a nice word towards me was compensated by a discount on the room price for all the inconveniences. And yet nothing at all in this case too. In conclusion, my experience was negative because I couldn't rest, which is why I stopped at this hotel. I think the structure can improve: 1) purchasing new mattresses (perhaps double) 2) soundproofing the rooms 3) training staff on hospitality and therefore on managing hospitality unexpected events P.S.: Obviously at check-out they knew very well that it was me who had had problems because I gave them not one room key but two (in one I slept, in the other I left my personal effects). In short, they were well aware of my situation and who I was. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 4
