Just to clarify, this Sunday the chef (my husband) had to go to hospital due to an illness that dragged on until 1.30pm just to finish the preparation. I had to go from the dining room to the kitchen to do a job that isn't mine and the girl who served you took on the work of two people alone even though she was still learning. In all of this the plates returned empty to the kitchen and at 6pm we served the bitters being perfectly in line with the times of this type of event. I would like to point out that it would have been my right to say I didn't feel like it, having my husband in hospital among other things, and send you all home but we rolled up our sleeves and worked out of respect for the person who hosted you. To attribute any usefulness to this review, I hope it has at least served to alleviate your frustration by giving you a little serenity.
