Mi spiace signora di questo disagio lo ha fatto presente alla cassa? A parte che le sedie non sono in plastica ma in un materiale ben diverso dalla plastica, e ogni giorno le teniamo ci sono macchie fatte dai clienti che purtroppo non vengono via e non è che possiamo buttare via una sedia Sono i clienti che le sporcano non noi. Per quanto riguarda i menù elettronici è da quando c’è stato il Covid che lo utilizziamo proprio per una questione di igiene, e il menù vegano non ci sono solo i Falafel ma basta richiedere lo Chef è sempre pronto a preparare Per la carta igienica può succedere una svista sicuramente, basta farlo presente . Comunque ogni critica ci sprona a stare più attenti e migliorare e prestare sempre più attenzione La ringrazio e le auguro una buona giornata
