We've spent two wonderful nights in Pensieri di Cavatina. Great location for those who seek for silence and nature. We had the most amazing view from the window. Really clean and cosy rooms and the most friendly and helpful staff. We hope to come back there again. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet

Pensieri di Cavatina was simply extraordinary and a wonderful experience for us. But what made it so extraordinary was the entire staff, from the greeting to the farewell, every single employee was extremely nice and loving. The facility is so beautifully designed and everything really fits here. Everything new and incredibly clean. The sun loungers were a dream and the entire garden was so perfectly designed. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and super large. We had two incredibly nice evenings with good food and matching wine. Lisa and her husband do a perfect job in the kitchen and service, the food is a dream (starred cuisine) and the service is totally professional and loving. The view from the terrace was simply fantastic. We'll definitely be back soon Walkability: Car is necessary. We had a great time at Pensieri di Cavatina - we spent four nights there and tootled around different parts of Tuscany without straying too far from a nap or reading time. The room was great, a haven of cool in the heat of summer, with everything you needed. The grounds and view were fantastic, quiet and providing the escape we needed. The staff, what can I say? The owner needs to work to keep them - truly gems - cheerful, enthusiastic, willing to share their knowledge, both of the location and the region, provide advice, language lessons and so on - nothing seemed too much trouble. The chef can cook,and he and his little team do so on a continual basis. Every meal was tap the table good. Do try the red wine spritz - a real game changer for my other half.
