We had the opportunity to stay in this pleasant oasis of peace. Welcomed very well by Angela and Francesco who were able to advise us and also organize the places to visit, the beaches and the best restaurants to eat in. Splendid people in the dining room too, from breakfast to dinner. Really a nice team! We really appreciated your friendliness and the relaxation you offered us. It was all we needed. The location is truly charming and well looked after, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The service is satisfactory, even if the courses were served too close together, without allowing each dish to be fully appreciated. The seafood menu is promising on paper, but the execution leaves something to be desired. The flavors are not balanced and the excessive use of butter overpowers the other ingredients. We chose a wine tasting to accompany the meal, but this experience was also disappointing, with wines that failed to conquer our palate. Finally, the concept of the table overlooking the kitchen was not well implemented: we were seated next to each other, but there was no interaction with the kitchen staff, making this feature rather useless. We are also very sorry that you did not communicate your disappointment regarding your experience to us during and at the end of the evening, when our dining room manager asked if everything was okay. Our cuisine gives great importance to the territory and local products and from a culinary point of view, the dishes are designed to have an enveloping component and a more acidic one with the aim of balancing the flavours. A truly exceptional 360-degree sensory journey. I highly recommend the 4-element menu with 9 courses and the wine pairing, excellent value for money in an enchanting setting with breathtaking views and very competent staff with extreme kindness and friendliness.
