Great, extremely high quality location. Unfortunately, we are a bit disappointed with the food and especially the service - especially in comparison to other restaurants of this level that we visit worldwide: the break between courses was clearly too long at 30-40 minutes, and the plates didn't come for ages dug out. In the main course of the tasting menu we had grouper, which was extremely tough on both plates. Not edible for us. We passed on the feedback, unfortunately without any response from the kitchen. Truly incredible meal (Michelin worthy without any pretentiousness) in a stunning setting surrounded by nature and a very quick drive from noto. All of the courses were exceptional, but the risotto and tortello courses were next level. Extremely lovely staff all around and we had the pleasure of sitting at the chefs table overlooking the kitchen which was a really special experience. Excellent menu in a refined but informal setting. Excellent raw materials orchestrate a succession of elegant proposals both in taste and in plating. Very kind and prepared staff. It deserves everything. Important price but in line with the proposal which however leads me to the only three flaws: The tablecloth is missing which I expect for this price; The bread plate that we asked for and was promptly brought to us is missing, along with a water hose abandoned next to our table. I understand it is an outdoor garden but it would be enough to create a wooden box to hide the pipe itself.
