Attratti dai meme su ig e consci della possibile fregatura siamo venuti qui. Ci siamo. Ricreduti ristorante cinese molto buono ai livelli dei migliori di Mestre, prezzo consono. Consiglio le melanzane. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20

Very disappointing experience at Ristorante Laifu. The meat portion was ridiculously small — more like a child’s portion than a proper adult meal. If this is the standard portion, it should be clearly stated in the menu instead of hiding behind the excuse that “the photo doesn’t reflect the actual dish.” But the worst part was the customer service. When I politely raised my concern, instead of listening and addressing the issue, I was shouted at. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful. Small portion, misleading presentation and, most importantly, terrible treatment of customers. We left feeling completely disregarded. Definitely not a place I would recommend. Thank you for your response, but unfortunately it still does not address the main issue. The menu does not clearly state that €13 gets you only a few small pieces of meat. Calling this an “Italian standard” does not make it acceptable. Customers should be able to see clearly what portion they are ordering and what they are paying for. What was even more unacceptable was the behaviour of the lady who served us. Instead of calmly listening to our concern, she raised her voice at me. She then went around to other customers with my dish, asking them whether they considered the portion too small. This was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. A customer complaint should be handled respectfully and privately, not by putting the customer on display in front of other guests. This was not about having a “large appetite”. It was about a very small portion, a lack of clear information in the menu, and, above all, the way we were treated when we raised a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, both the experience and your response have only reinforced our impression that customer satisfaction is not taken seriously at this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
