The sign out front it says 2 aperol spritz for two people and the appetizer for €12 , come to find out that is not the case at all as you can see from the photo it is extremely misleading. They charge you €10 for each aperol spritz and the €12 for the appetizer. I even asked the server before ordering if it was all €12 for everything and he said yes. I understand that English is not their first language but it was a massive rip off. When we ordered entrees I pointed to the one I wanted and they brought me out the wrong dish, I told my server this and he said he would bring me the sides for the dish I actually ordered but it was a completely different dish than what I had wanted. They eventually took away what I did not order and brought me the correct thing. Did not apologize or give us anything special after my friends had already eaten their food so I had to eat my entree alone. When we got the bill and complained about the appetizer they took it off and then brought the new bill back with charges for two limoncello spritz for €12 EACH. the server said it was the same price so we pulled out the menu and showed him the aperol spritz is only €10. Overall a very disappointing experience for the price point and I would not recommend it at all as opposed to what other reviews say. The table next to us we were talking to got complimentary limoncello shots and we got absolutely nothing after they messed up our food. I even work in the restaurant industry and never complain so for me to get on here and write a review it has to be bad. Do not recommend at all, very upsetting for €155 dinner for 3 people. We are very excited to receive our first 1 star review after 80 reviews 5 stars! And it’s about 2€ on a drink! Wow, we are impressed. From what I see, we did everything to make you happy. We removed the 2€ from the bill, because you might not be able to understand our panel correctly. We can accept this, but not the unreal things you are describing here. “Massive Rip off” wow, are you ok? Do you know what rip off means? This is offensive versus our work and all the restaurants that try to insist on the quality and still open in November when everyone is closed. But I can’t see any comments on the food, was it good? 155€ for a dinner, but you didn’t mention that you got: - wine Aglianico - Tagliata - Pinsa - filetto - Baccala - 3 drinks - fried fish FREE - Water and cover charge But if course, why should we offer Free Limoncello to such a nice client that spent all the night complaining about 2€ on a drink…which was clearly written on the label outside… We take our job very seriously, and we can’t accept this. Please before writing something like this, maybe use different wording maybe think twice, since you also work in this field you should know how many sacrifices and how many expenses we have.. Come back to enjoy our food for real and don’t worry, this time Limoncello is on us

We arrived 4 weeks after it opened and it was recommended to go and WOW! We have said from our overall 7week trip, this was one of the best restaurants we have eaten seafood in Italy! We are big seafood eaters and loved it ! Thank you! Wow! Had a fab lunch here - best of other restaurants we’ve tried at Marina Grande. Given a complementary appetiser. Great service. The Crema di patate al limón con calamari was amazing - best dish I’ve eaten since I’ve been in Italy. Definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
