We are very excited to receive our first 1 star review after 80 reviews 5 stars! And it’s about 2€ on a drink! Wow, we are impressed. From what I see, we did everything to make you happy. We removed the 2€ from the bill, because you might not be able to understand our panel correctly. We can accept this, but not the unreal things you are describing here. “Massive Rip off” wow, are you ok? Do you know what rip off means? This is offensive versus our work and all the restaurants that try to insist on the quality and still open in November when everyone is closed. But I can’t see any comments on the food, was it good? 155€ for a dinner, but you didn’t mention that you got: - wine Aglianico - Tagliata - Pinsa - filetto - Baccala - 3 drinks - fried fish FREE - Water and cover charge But if course, why should we offer Free Limoncello to such a nice client that spent all the night complaining about 2€ on a drink…which was clearly written on the label outside… We take our job very seriously, and we can’t accept this. Please before writing something like this, maybe use different wording maybe think twice, since you also work in this field you should know how many sacrifices and how many expenses we have.. Come back to enjoy our food for real and don’t worry, this time Limoncello is on us
