Singlehandedly, the worst dining experience we had in Italy. We got a bottle of wine which was great and started with soup which was good. We decided to get the nicest steak they had which was for two at €90 (no small sum). It arrived on a searing hot stone which was nice for show but the steak was not cut ready to serve and as it was set on a separate stand. It was difficult for us to serve ourselves. This could be overlooked as minor detail if the steak wasn't WELL DONE and unseasoned. It was Inedible. The sides that csme with it we equally disappointing as they were a mix of undercooked, overcooked and bland with the exception of the mushrooms. When we called the manager over to explain that the main course was terrible and the reasons, he looked at the meal and agreed. He told us that we wouldn't pay for the main course and offered us some schnapps which we appreciated until we got the bill and realized we were charged €10 for them... Ultimately we had half of a €35 bottle of wine (which they tried to take from us at the end) and two soups for €70. I highly advise you pick any of the other restaurants in the area which have been fantastic and avoid this one entirely. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Grazie Joanna per la recensione Ma non capisco … Spero che passi da noi domani e ci spieghi i 10€ in più che ha pagato …. Il vostro conto l’ho fatto io e vi ho cancellato quello che che non vi è piaciuto .. in più la schnapps che vi è piaciuta ?? Avete pagato 70€ Di cui 37€ di vino E il resto 2 zuppe e l’acqua ecc.. È il minimo Chiedo una spiegazione più chiara altrimenti devo andare per vie legali avendo il suo nome in chiaro Grazie ancora

Terrible attitude towards customers in the restaurant, the manager of this establishment is very rude. After my first visit to the restaurant, I did not want to go there again. I wish the manager to take lessons in good manners. I strongly do not recommend visiting this restaurant if you do not want to ruin your mood!
