Abbiamo partecipato sabato sera a una cena collegata a un evento che si è tenuto al castello premesso che la sala è stata aperta alle ore 20 come da programma "peccato la temperatura interna fosse inferiore ai 18 gradi" la cena a "buffet" in programma come da mail non si è mai palesata a noi ma ci siamo ritrovati a dover optare per una cena servita con tempistiche a dir poco ...lente... Ma tolto questo amara sorpresa alla fine non solo più di 50 euro di conto ma il calice compreso per due NON PERVENUTO MA PAGATO BEN 6 EURO (prezzo cmq in linea) che non era da pagare... Consiglio pratico da chi questo lavoro l ha fatto 16 anni istruire il personale prima di una serata e cosa DOVEROSA!! Service: 1 Location: 4

We attended the New Year's Eve dinner yesterday, we were a group of 15 people. Although we didn't have very high expectations on the courses given the amount of people, we never expected to eat so badly! Tiny portions, poor quality of food, to the point that the dessert was left in full, and when asked to be able to have fruit salad as a replacement for dessert, we were told that it was only available for those intolerant to the ingredients of the dessert! Furthermore, at the stroke of midnight and the celebrations we were still halfway through dinner or at the arrival of the seconds. The cost paid for the evening was €109 per person (paid even before arriving at the club) which also included musical accompaniment, a pity that there was not even a cash register in our room! despite having been requested several times both to the supervisory staff and to the person in charge of the evening called specifically, nothing has changed! Indifference to the max, they had already taken the money anyway! Our room was also cold, heating barely working! Conclusion of the evening, dinner to forget, zero fun and place to forget and obviously never to go back! Paid €109, almost 50% more than what we would have paid in any restaurant, for a trivial dinner of poor quality and zero music!
