Dopo una lunga passeggiata attorno al Planetario Nicolo Cusano, prova Hotel Europa per una gradevole pausa. È una piacevole esperienza assaggiare il delizioso cordiale. I visitatori non amano molto il caffè di questo ristorante.
Dicono che il personale sia sveglio in questo posto. Parecchi visitatori hanno notato che il servizio è simpatico. Sarà un'opportunità per goderti un ambiente tranquillo. Gli utenti di Google sono piuttosto generosi con questo locale: si è guadagnato un punteggio di 4.1 stelle.

5 stelle vanno al personale delle colazioni e dovrebbero tutti imparare da loro. Il parcheggio nella proprietà dell hotel e' garantito solo agli amici o alle auto di prestigio. Pretendono le chiavi senza gestire la presa e la riconsegna solo per spostarti la macchina se devono parcheggiare quelle di lusso al tuo posto. Ho trovato un danno sulla parte alta della mia auto chiaramente fatto da un camioncino durante il carico e scarico sul retro dell hotel, fatto notare al personale e chiedendo di visionare le telecamere la risposta è' stata ci dispiace non abbiamo telecamere solo una sulla porta dell ingresso del personale (tradotto arrangiati). Le camere che dicono essere ristrutturare lo sono a metà: gli armadi sono i vecchi vetusti, i bagni sono vecchi con rubinetti consumati dal tempo. Ho prenotato e pagato per una camera superior sul sito pubblicata per 20mq ma mi e' stata assegnata una 3,5 mt per 3,5 mt più il bagno. Ho fatto notare il problema mi è' stato risposto che quella camera fa parte delle superior perché ha vista Tofane. Tutto questo mi sembra uno scandalo. Consiglio di evitare questa struttura al cui prezzo potete soggiornare nei 4 stelle VERI! Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Imagine booking a luxury vacation only to arrive at a toxic construction zone—staff scrambling, inoperable bathrooms, and zero amenities. This is Eight Cortina. Avoid this hotel at all costs. My nightmare experience began on Christmas Day, just 9 hours before check-in, when I received an auto-generated email informing me that the hotel would not be ready. No personal apology, no offer to help—just an impersonal email, ruining what should have been a joyous holiday. When I arrived on December 26th, the hotel was completely uninhabitable. The lobby was a chaotic construction site, with toxic fumes, inoperable bathrooms, and no available amenities. The property was far from ready to host paying guests, yet none of this was disclosed at the time of booking. The hotel’s false advertising completely misrepresented the experience. Forced to scramble, I had to book alternative accommodations at the last minute for my group. To make matters worse, we also missed prepaid ski lessons and rentals due to the chaos caused by their negligence. The management’s response to this disaster was disgraceful. Their “apology” consisted of a laughable 500-euro voucher (only valid at their sister properties, subject to availability) and free entry to their “VIP Club.” When I refused, they doubled down with another insulting offer: a two-night stay at one of their properties in 2025. The lack of accountability, customer service, and basic decency from Hotel Europa is shocking. I have photos and videos documenting the hazardous conditions and blatant misrepresentation of their services. This hotel operates with a complete disregard for its guests and their safety, and their actions likely violate consumer protection laws and basic hospitality standards. My Advice: If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Hotel Europa. There are countless other hotels that respect their guests and deliver on their promises. Don’t let this place ruin your vacation like it did mine. Travelers, beware. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
