Locale tipico nella zona centrale di Berna, dislocato su più piani. Peccato non aver trovato rosti o raclette. Il cibo comunque è buono. Dolci migliorabili come scelta. La cosa migliore è il personale, molto molto gentile. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am a Malaysian traveling Europe for a couple of weeks, today 5/5/2023 4.30pm we reached Switzerland, a beautiful country, and we stumbled across this nice cafe, Della Casa in Bern. We were delighted but not for long... A rude plump waiter dampens our happy day. He was rude and racist. I was looking at the menu, not knowing there is an English version at the back of the page. Hence, I asked him "do you have a English menu?" Is anything wrong with that? His answer was "open your eyes, it's behind" we were really taken aback by these remarks. He was nice to the whites...but only rude towards us. Although I am Chinese or whatever color I am, I still pay the same price as anyone else. These kinda rude employees, damaged the reputation of their country and also their company. A very bad experience for us. I hope the management of Delta Casa is aware of this super rude staff.
