Un piccolo gioiello nel centro di Morrovalle. Una cena deliziosa! Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, un viaggio gastronomico tra le tipicità della nostra terra. Complimenti per l'attenzione ai dettagli. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati, dall'antipasto al caffè .Il servizio sempre presente, ma per niente invadente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. We had lunch at Prosa bistrot and are completely blown away by the experience. I usually never take the time to write a review, but I just couldn’t pass the opportunity to tell other people about this hidden gem. Not only was the food outstanding, the service, authentic Italian atmosphere and especially host Fabio were extraordinary. All dishes were homemade, varying from the bread to the complimentary bonbons. Ingredients were fresh, portions were generous without being excessive and exceptional value for money. Excellent wine paring was available, with wines from the local winery Capinera. Please don’t miss out on this Michelin star worthy dining experience in the medieval center of Morrovalle (a gem in itself). I’m pretty sure you won’t regret this!
