I went to this restaurant a little lost in the countryside of lower Padua, in a small village, four houses, a church and a restaurant, near Montagnana, with some friends, after having agreed on a menu with the chef a few days before. I recommend, first of all, to all those who intend to try this high-level sensorial experience, to agree with the chef on the menu only for the simple reason that in this place they make everything at the moment with very fresh and quality ingredients and this greatly reduces the time of waiting. Having said this, I will describe what you can observe from the photos. An appetizer of fabulous raw scampi, very fresh tuna tartare, a porcini scampi and truffle risotto. Then the apotheosis of the Catalan which included all the fish species of the Mediterranean and perhaps also those of the South Seas. Exhausted we recovered a little with the excellent mango sorbet, and I don't know how, but we also managed to eat a good dessert. We pleasantly lubricated everything with the excellent zero km wine from a nearby winery, of which we tasted the excellent Genesi and Iris with a crescendo of flavors and aromas, then the still Diana and Jupiter, and the excellent Calipso at the end with the sweet. What wines guys!! I know you will all have felt a little envious but once in a while it can be done. The price was adequate for the very generous dishes served but less than I could have expected. The biggest problem is perhaps finding the place but with a good navigator..... Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
