Una bellissima settimana. Straordinari alla reception, hanno veramente fatto di tutto per aiutare e rendere la permanenza ottima. La Veranda bellissima! Tutti veramente gentili ! Grazie ancora !

Molto pulito, camere rumorose se trovi vicini pittusto focosi, bagno essenziale. Colazione nella norma sia come scelta che come qualità. Personale molto gentile, disponibile, cordiale. Il grosso vantaggio è l'accesso alla spiaggia.

Positive: Location, staff, breakfast is really top! Negative: Our room was separated from another room by just a simple door. You could clearly hear the conversation, as well as the TV, the shower, movements in the room and even the beautiful things in life at night as well as the opening of the front door and the balcony! Unfortunately, I have never experienced anything like this. Something like that is really a NO-GO and unacceptable in a 4-star hotel! The whole thing happened on the 5th floor (rooms 502+503). Unfortunately, I cannot say whether this is also the case in other rooms. The parking situation at check-in is terrible. There is no space in front of the hotel. Nobody was at check-in, but the designated places were still occupied (even hours later!). We have traveled a lot in Italy, Croatia, Hungary and Slovenia and really don't have high expectations, but another visit to the Hotel Astoria is out of the question for us.
