We regret to hear that your visit to Adler – Il Vero Gusto did not meet your expectations. Since our restaurant only recently opened, we are still working on optimizing our processes. However, we do our best every day to bring Vero Gusto – the real taste of Italy – to the plate. In our kitchen we attach great importance to authentic Italian dishes with the freshest ingredients. We are particularly proud of our wood-gas oven, which we discovered on an extensive trip through Italy and brought to Switzerland. Our quality awareness is reflected in both the menu selection and the pricing. We consciously base ourselves on the prices of comparable restaurants in the area in order to ensure a fair price-performance ratio. At the same time, we are always looking for ways to make our pricing even more attractive without compromising on the high quality of our food. When it comes to wine calculations, we follow industry standards in close coordination with our wine dealer. It may happen that certain vintages or special offers differ in price.
