I took my wife and kids here on my trip to Maranello. One word: wow. We were greeted warmly by the owner, Enzo and was seated in a very classy dining room but without any pretentious overtones. What would transpire was a few hours of culinary bliss. It was recommended we follow the evening's tasting menu and we happily obliged to being our journey to new frontiers for our taste buds. For the kids, they ordered child-friendly dishes of pasta with meat sauce.
Appetizer
First, they brought out the kid's dinner's first which shows you they care about the kids - they gulped it up quickly and felt it was the best pasta they had while in Italy. (we spent three days in Venice and ate at nine other restaurants at this point).
For my wife and I, we got:
Flan Broccoli
Heavenly - a delicious combination of creamy flavor and great texture - perfect for those seeking a perfect balance of savory and silky lightness.
Cheese Poached breast of goose
Very robust and a great juxtaposition between the full flavor of the meat and the light touch of the cheese - a delight ob both texture and flavor
White onion omelet
A great companion to the Flan Broccoli, light and fluffy and yet a bit more punch to be a wonderful canvas for the Flan
First Course
Flaky Lasagna
Perfect consistency, flavor, and texture. The crust was baked perfectly - the flavors were evenly matched for the robust meat within - A+
Pasta with Asparagus and Truffle
Pow-great companion for the Lasagna, delicate yet - full bodied - again, another winner
Second Course
Thinly sliced tenderloin with Herb Crusted Potatoes - The meat was amazing - very delicate, yet full of flavor. The sauce was an excellent consistency; the potatoes were evenly cooked with the herbs and spices fully embedded. My wife and I were very happy!

I usually don't like Lemon in my desert, but I couldn't get enough of the Lemon Whip cream! What a delight, it was a great finish to a great meal.
What made me surprised was how reasonable the price was all in all. I've eaten at places like French Laundry, and I can say that I was delighted with the service and the price was fair at 120 euros for wine, 2 FULL COURSE means, and two kids meals. What a bargain. The service was exemplary throughout and I felt at home.
Do yourself a favor and stop by this gem in Maranello.
