Buoni sia gli antipasti sia il pesce al forno, che forse poteva essere cotto qualche minuto più. Cameriere attento e gentile. Il dolce non mi ha fatto emozionare. Nonostante fosse sabato sera, non abbiamo dovuto prenotare. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50+

I ordered the amberjack with lemon, a dish that reminded me in flavor and texture of fresh mahi-mahi, firm, juicy, and bursting with delicate ocean freshness. The preparation was flawless, the fish was perfectly seared on the outside, tender and moist on the inside, with the lemon adding just the right amount of brightness to elevate every bite. It was paired with potato au gratin, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly baked with a golden, slightly crisp top that added a satisfying contrast to the tender fish. The plating was as elegant as the flavors, minimalistic yet sophisticated, letting the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves. Every bite felt like a perfect balance of textures and tastes, the kind of harmony you’d expect from a Michelin-starred kitchen. It is on the pricier side, but for the quality, execution, and overall experience, it’s absolutely worth it.
