Such a great little spot on Biševo! The whole place has a super cozy, homey vibe and the staff are incredibly friendly. We actually watched local fishermen walk up and drop off their catch right to the kitchen while we were sitting at our table, so the fish is literally as fresh as it gets. Just simple, authentic, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend if you're on the island! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

If you find yourself on Biševo, make sure to stop at Kod Jakše on Porat Beach. It's the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed meal in a beautiful setting. We tried the octopus goulash, something I had honestly never even heard of before, and it completely surprised me in the best possible way. It was rich, full of flavour and unlike anything I've tasted before. Sometimes the best travel experiences come from trying something new, and this was definitely one of them. If you get the chance, don't hesitate to order the octopus goulash. You won't regret it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–35
