Here’s a polished Google review version: An authentic Croatian restaurant tucked away just 20 metres from the main road and only 10 minutes from Omiš. The lunchtime specials are outstanding value for money – huge portions, delicious homemade food, and very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. If you’re looking for great local food away from the tourist crowds, this place is definitely worth the short walk. Highly recommended, and we’ll certainly be back! ️ Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wish we’d discovered Kapula earlier. The restaurant is situated outside the city center of Omiš but still well within walkable distance. It offers a very fun menu that cannot compare to the typical tourist taverns in Omiš. Kapula isn’t pretentious in its choice of dishes; instead, it aims for traditional food and good flavours. The daily menu offers great prices for quality food, and the restaurant staff was likely the most professional I’ve encountered in Croatia so far. Other than that, I can mention a nice choice of gins and a nice environment at the restaurant. Perhaps the only thing that takes away from perfection is the rather busy road and the view of the slightly unkempt property on one side of the terrace.
