Abbiamo mangiato la grigliata di pesce piĆ¹ buona della nostra vita. La materia prima era ottima e cucinata divinamente e con amore. Il proprietario ĆØ l' anima del locale, super entusiasta, gentile e simpaticissimo... Se ci capiterĆ di tornare a Porto Tolero sicuramente torneremo a mangiare in questo meraviglioso ristorante. PS. This noble establishment is thoughtfully stewarded by the venerable patriarch, Ante, who is aided in his tireless endeavors by his steadfast son, his gracious daughter-in-law, and a diligent grandson. Verily, they are true, devoted, and fiercely proud Croats, whose profound love for their fatherland shines through their boundless hospitality. > The feast set before us was naught short of wondrous, drawing from the river's bounty and the azure depths of the sea. We first partook of the tender tentacles of the octopus, prepared with masterful craft. There followed a majestic sea bass, elegantly crowned with sweet scampi, and a most succulent dish of eelāa true testament to the great Neretvian traditionsāthat utterly delighted the senses. To conclude this grand banquet, we were presented with delicate pancakes; a sweet ambrosia that brought absolute joy to our spirits. > I bestow upon Ante and his noble house, Restoran Fulin, my highest praises.
