Premetto che le stelle le ho definite rapportandosi a quei ristoranti che ho frequentato in Croazia. Pertanto posso dire che per la prima volta in questo locale la carne costa meno del pesce ed il costo è sicuramente minore della media. Abbiamo provato la prima sera la grigliata di pesce:purtroppo i 3 pesci per 2, erano stati cotti tagliandoli,come da noi si fa per la Fiorentina di 3cm, ma buoni e freschi: un'orata,un branzino e un'ombrina tutti sui 3/4 etti. 2 contorni 1 bottiglia di vino prodotto a Hvar,strutturato/buono (un greco di tufo senza zolfo ),2 caffè e l'acqua. 51 euro. L'ambiente modesto senza terrazza sul mare,la gestione non è felice...ma è la loro indole,sono 30 anni che frequento la Croazia sono sempre stati cosi,non è la riviera anche se tentano di copiarla

Overall, this place serves great food. The soups were top-notch, hot and steamy. The dorada fish tasted as usual, and had some fish bone inside. The meat (Cevapcici and steak) was magnificent. Easy to chew, well spiced and beautifully served. The sides of veggies added to each dish to balance the nutrient intake adds a really special flavour to the whole dish itself, even though there are salads avalible for purchase. The menu contains quite a lot of options, ranging from Fish to Meat, Salads to Soups, as well as Drinks and Desserts. I must admit, the choice of drinks was overwhelming to me, but amongst all the choices, I made up my mind. One thing I would reflect on are the prices. To be fair, since this is basically the only restaurant in Jesenice, the service and food was good, but some items' pricing need to be reconsidered. Another remark I would suggest are the opening hours. As a tourist visiting, I was blunted about the restaurant only opening at 16:00, as I would very much like to have a lunch at Astoria. Though, since I am not a local, my remarks might not be as relevant or possible to adhere to, therefore I advise you to visit Restoran Astoria for yourselves. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €15–20 Vegetarian options: There is quite an extensive choice of salads and soups without meat, fish or any proucts emerging from an animal. Kid-friendliness: Unfortunately, at the time of my visit, I did not encounter a kids menu, or an option for a smaller portion size. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant itself is well adjusted to a wheelchair user's needs. The outside seating area is very spacious, as well as the inside.
