Dear mrs. Silvestri, thank you for your feedback, here is our side of the story. You made a last minute reservation over the phone and you were asked if there are any food restrictions or anything else we should know about, which is usually not the case for a la carte venues with extensive menus. All the information you are talking about is written on our website and on the menu which is also online. Our waiter also explained to you how the restaurant works and you insisted on sharing one main course. We don't do that here, we have a 4-course minimum policy at dinner. Exceptionally, you were able to order and were served 2 dishes each. You were accordingly charged, not even the full 4-course menu, but only individual dishes. If you wouldn't have rudely thrown the bill and CC slip across the bar you could have still see it. There is no indication whatsoever that this is an a la carte restaurant. That was only your assumption and now you are blaming the restaurant. Our communication is clear. We went above and beyond to try and accommodate you and all we got was a slap in the face. Some visits are just not meant to be, but thankfully there is the option to reply to reviews. We are glad you enjoyed the dishes that you ate. We are CERTAIN, you would have LOVED the full menu.
