I have been dining on a number of occasions at Schwiizer Pöschtli, and I am only setting five stars because there is no possibility to set six! Be sure to book a table well in advance, as this restaurant is very well known and popular among those who appreciate high quality Swiss cuisine. - Great food cooked by Vito and his team using only bio-ingredients, very good wines (not mainstream - but selected personally by Vito from small biological wineries). - Pleasant and authentic atmosphere, especially in the three dining rooms. - Very nice owners who are so down-to-earth, welcoming and caring for their guests, and the pleasant staff. - Cosy sleeping rooms for those who do not feel like driving home after dinner.
