The service was exceptionally friendly, and the food was outstanding. What stood out the most, however, was the ability to have great conversations with the group I was with. Because of the limited space, the noise level is very pleasant, creating an ideal environment for meaningful discussions. Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Top from A to Z. Beat Blum has been a guarantee of first-class delicacies for many years. The best thing about it: He didn't stand still like many other top chefs, but rather constantly develops and continually refines his creations. There are no tweezer frills on the plates, but rather wonderful dishes full of taste, sophistication and straightforwardness. You can also find the widest and best range of natural wines in Switzerland here. (It's amazing that the gastro media hasn't discovered this yet...) The service under the friendly and extremely expert management of Yannick Wigley is also top. Le Vivant is a real feel-good restaurant. It is located near the Inselspital (Güterstrasse), is not large and, with its generous seating, is ideal for a sensual tête-à-tête, a confidential business talk and an unforgettable experience with family or friends.
