The best wine pairing dinner we have had in a while! The entire experience was stunning visually as well as a culinary treat. Upon arrival, you are seated outside to enjoy an apéro with some finger foods-delicious. Then you are escorted to their modern but warm dining area of 8 tables where the menu begins!! We appreciated how they made bread one of the dishes on the menu, it was so clever on how they put focus on something that has become a side. The wine pouring was the perfect amount to every dish so you could enjoy how the wine compliments the food without getting too tipsy at the end. Food was delicious. Great textures, perfectly seasoned and great play on cold and hot. Not overly complicated or experimental. Service was excellent. It’s an absolute must to visit Restaurant du bourg. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
