Restaurant = great food except they do charge you 5 CHF for water that was on the table, no lid, used wine bottle ridiculous that they nickel and dimmed you for that Rooms = fine, group bathrooms, one shower for the floor. I was charged 3.5 CHF for what I thought was complimentary tea bags. The hotel owner wasn’t there to great us so we had to go to the restaurant downstairs (somehow a separate business) to have her be summoned to check us in. She checked us in and then disappeared. Breakfast: bread and butter. The croissant was so hard I thought it was decorative. All in all, I would avoid this place and just spend the extra energy to march up to Le Sage. Service: 1

Very cozy restaurant in the center of Evolene. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and the waitress are polite. We ordered raclette a volontè, and I would recommend it. They will give you cheese until you want. Products are of very good quality. Prices are averaged. If you go, you will not be disappointed. Service: 5

I really enjoyed the pizza, atmosphere and service. The pizza is the crispy thin crust with hearty toppings. Perfect size. That last bite leaves me wondering if I can. Service: 5
