This auberge feels like a passion project as the food is prepared and presented with love. For my mother’s visit from abroad we chose this auberge for the “foodie experience”, the quality of the food and local flavour and we thoroughly appreciated appreciated it. The setting is calm and from the terrace you can see lake views - and the ambience enhanced the occasion. The tasting menu with paired wine was a series of delights and we appreciated the introduction to each dish and the final presentation of the desert by the chef. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
