Il successo del ristorante Hotel & Restaurant pri Belokranjcu non sarebbe possibile senza l'amichevole personale. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del simpatico servizio. Questo posto propone prezzi equi per pasti deliziosi. Diversi visitatori constatano che l'atmosfera sia fichissima qui. Ma su Google questo ristorante i suoi clienti hanno dato una valutazione di 4.4.

Personale gentilissimo posto caratteristico ed il cibo eccezionale ,adibito area di sosta camper !!!!

Pratico l'ampio parcheggio,staff cordiale e simpatico. Consiglio il piatto del giorno perché per il resto sono un po troppo lunghi.

I strongly advise against staying with this host. I was charged the full price for two rooms that were not provided. I was traveling from Switzerland with my disabled mother, and we chose this place for an overnight stay to rest during a long journey. Throughout the trip, I kept the host informed about our progress on the road, explaining that unforeseen traffic delays would cause us to arrive later than expected. The host assured me that the delay was fine and there would be no issue. However, when we reached Ljubljana—just 20 minutes away from the property—the host abruptly informed me that he would not wait for us after all. I want to emphasize that we had an agreement regarding the delayed check-in, and I never canceled the reservation. Despite this, I was charged the full price for both rooms, leaving us stranded and deeply disappointed. This was an extremely unprofessional and unfair experience, and I would not recommend booking with this host. Service: 1

Dear Marta, 1 .You did not cancel reservation in our hotel 2. You pre paid the resravtion to Booking.com, not to our hotel 3. You recived all chek in information at the momnet you made reservation 4. You could check in from 14.00 till 21.00, this is 7 hours limit 5. Hotel can not be responsible for your bad trip planning 6. Ljubljana is one hour from our hotel and not 20 minuts as you wrote So, your evaluation of our hotel is not correct and we will ignore it. Regards Hotel pri Belokrnajcu, Novo mesto
