La cucina svizzera attrae persone che vogliono una sensazione positiva. Molti ospiti vengono qui per provare i curatissimi raclette, pesce e filetto americano. Ottimi gelato e parfait potrebbero essere quello che ti ci vuole. Qui si possono degustare un ottimo vino.

Un ristorante molto accogliente, in una dimora di montagna elegante e raffinata. Tavoli in legno, porte intarsiate, lampadari scintillanti e atmosfera. Una tavola di insalate per ogni gusto e un ricco menu'. Carne eccellente e il miglior rösti della valle. Il gelato e' fantastico. Quello al cioccolato e' da bis!

We went there as a group of 8 people. 2 of us ordered the beef sirloin steak, I ordered it medium rare (should be really red inside), and it came fully cooked and really dry. I told the waiter, after 5min I got another one, which was indeed medium rare, but tasted like bad oil. Furthermore, it wasn‘t beef, and it wasn‘t a sirloin, so they didn‘t even give me what it says on the menu. My dad, who ordered the 3 course menu, got the Tataki (which is also supposed to be raw inside and just have a crust) and it was fully cooked. Next he had the duck (which again should be pink in the middle) whicj was also fully cooked. The „beef sirloin steak“ cost 39 CHF, it was accompanied by 3 baby potatoes and half a handful of really really greasy vegetables. Overall, we all were really disappointed by the food, the price that they ask for this low quality, bad food, and the waiter himself was also really unfriendly. We all agreed that we will not step a foot in this restaurant ever again, and that it was a complete waste of money. I really do not recommend this restaurant. We would like to clarify that we would never intentionally serve a different type or cut of meat than what is ordered and clearly declared on our menu. In general, we receive very positive feedback regarding the quality and price–value of our three-course menu. Nevertheless, your comments have been taken seriously and shared with our kitchen and service team for internal review. We apologize for the disappointment caused.
