Il Tellskapelle è una grande attrazione per i turisti che vengono a mangiare in questo ristorante dopo lunghe camminate. Esplora qui il mondo della cucina tedesca e svizzera. Se hai fame, vieni qui per i loro ottimo cordon bleu. I clienti non amano molto il caffè espresso di questo locale.

Mostly runned by inexperienced international students (or something), who don't take their customerd serious.
The hotel is used alot by chinese tour operators. The rooms are non smoking rooms, but Chinese people don't give a crap about that and still smoke.
I made a complaint about the mattress of my bed. It was worn out with sleeping in a kind of pit as result. I asked twice for a replacement, or even switch it with a less worn one from another room... 'the manager came by and found it all satisfatoring' was the answer.
Breakfast is very simple and maybe considered as 'ok'. I'm not even talking about broken and/or missing lampshades in the room, nor the shabby shower cabin.
The view however, if you've got a room at the lake side is spectacular!
If you're about to book here, think twice. But keep the restaurant in mind as a stop on your route.
For us, never ever again!!!
