During our stay in Zadar, we visited Tamaris Restoran and had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is well known for its traditional Dalmatian cuisine, especially its roast lamb, and it certainly lived up to its reputation. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a nice blend of local charm and comfort. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Portions were generous, prices were fair for the quality offered, and the overall service was excellent. If you’re looking for authentic Croatian food in Zadar, Tamaris is definitely worth a visit. Whether you’re a tourist or a local, this restaurant offers delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere, and genuine hospitality.
