Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff and very good prices. Have eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: my wife is vegetarian and she is always very happy with the available selection

I dined at this restaurant last Friday and found the management very poor. The table where the customers finished eating was left like that. No one is free to clean. My boyfriend called to reserve a table for 3 people. But when we arrived at the table, the seats were only set for 2 people. In another place, we had to pick it up from the next table and place it ourselves. At first there were only 4 tables of customers. Even if there is only one waiter, they should be able to handle it better. We ordered food and sat waiting. Even the drinks, we had to remind the waiter if he could bring them to us first. We've been waiting for half an hour. Moreover, there were customers who came in to order food for takeaway and a new table for 2 people even though they came later. But they got their food first. That made us very dissatisfied. The waiter went to take care of the kitchen and answered the phone and talked for a long time. She disappeared for almost half an hour. There is no one outside to serve customers. The chef makes sushi very slowly. The employees chatter loudly. The waiter acted tired in front of the customers. I, who worked at a restaurant before, felt very bad. The food of the next table had been placed on the counter for a long time, but no one had come to serve it. Me and my family spent almost 2 hours waiting for the food. But the good thing is that the food tastes good. Even though it's not very hot anymore. It's like the food has been finished for a long time, waiting until it's cool and then serving it later. Hopefully next time something like this won't happen again. Thank you.
