The person who took our order seemed quite overwhelmed each time we ordered. When we asked for sides a second time, she started making faces, which felt unprofessional. If there’s an extra charge for additional sides, it can simply be added to the bill instead of showing attitude. The food was good, but the service needs improvement. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 90–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We were craving some Sri Lankan food during our journey from the UK to Switzerland, and we were so glad to find Restaurant Shiva in Geneva! Even though they were about to close at 2:30 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us without any hesitation, which we really appreciated. We tried the Non-Veg Thali, Biryani, and Kothu—everything was absolutely delicious and made us feel right at home. It was a comforting and flavorful meal that truly hit the spot. A special thanks to the lovely lady at the counter—after I had unknowingly left my card behind, she came running after us to return it. Such honest and thoughtful service left a lasting impression.
