This place is amazing! First of all, it is amazingly beautiful. A green mountain valley with forests and small towns around it. The inn is a 200 year old farmhouse that Franco remodeled using found wood and local granite. Yes, it didn't have some of the amenities that a 5 star hotel would have in a city but the friendliness of Anita and Franco made up for that. Unfortunately there is no public transportation there. There's a nonprofit that helps to provide opportunities to people with developmental disabilities and there are real Swiss cows there! It is on bike trails and there are plenty of hiking trails around. It is very quiet. Anita is an amazing cook! I am not a fish eater but I was told the trout was exceptional. They have a fish tank in the basement. Although expensive, the food was outstanding. And we paid around the same amount at a restaurant in a nearby town so I think that's just Switzerland. The food was all lovingly cooked. I can't recommend this place enough! Service: 5
